When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account: Order information, product information, ad information and information from other related Shopify apps.

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you Optimize or improve the App and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Our app Accountify helps shopify store users to easily analyse their sales in the form of charts and graphs. In our Application users can integrate their social Ads platform and also see their social ads platform (Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok) expenses and can see the stats according to their store performance. Accountify only reads Ads data like spend, impression and clicks in particular time-stamp from social ads platform (Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok).
There might be the case when you want to completely delete your data from the application and yes of course, you can always do that. We made it very easy for you to do the same. After application login, go to ‘Advertising connection’ which is in configuration integration section. Look for the related social media platform whose data would you like to completely delete and then click on the ‘Remove’ button. After confirmation, it will make sure that all related data to that platform is completely deleted from our database.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Data Retention When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
